Project management is a set of techniques that anyone can apply to achieve goals and make projects more successful. Project management can be used to guide small, simple projects as well as complex enterprise-wide initiatives.

This 12 hours online instructor led training provides practical skills, concepts, and principles that can be taken back to the job and implemented right away. The course format includes a mixture of lecture, case studies, numerous exercises including working on project management templates, and group discussions. All participants return to their workplace better equipped to bring their projects to a successful conclusion.
